Went in for my six month check-up at allergy. I have a bad asthma flare-up. My doctor gave me a “duoneb” treatment in the office.

She strongly encouraged that I stay home from work tonight and that I avoid any work in the book stacks. She prescribed an antibiotic and burst of Prednisone.

Now I’m waiting to get some blood work done. I have very stubborn veins and vasovagal syncope. Those two things make blood work very difficult for me. 😞

Some promising news: my allergist has recommended something called Fasenra!
